Today’s Challenge: If you sit a lot during the day, make time to stand up, stretch, go for a brisk walk, or do a few jumping jacks.

  1. Oh, I sit a lot at work so I keep standing up. And at 3pm, we regularly do a 10-15minute workout, following vids from YouTube and the like (we tend to lock the door in case a visitor comes in. One time, someone rang the doorbell and it was so funny because suddenly everyone was doing something else while the video was going on!). At certain times of the day, some of us go out to buy snacks, which is our opportunity to walk a bit 🙂
