  1. This is very important actually. I take one almost every afternoon. Some of us just need a little more rejuvenation!

    I’ve been trying to take a twenty minute power nap as often as possible. This has played an important part in trying to train the brain and body to wake up earlier each day.

  3. It’s tough for me to power nap. I think that I’d be too tempted to sleep the entire day!

  4. It took me a while to say “No. You will not sleep more than twenty” haha!
    I can definitely tell the difference from a day that a power nap is taken vs. a day when it’s impossible.
