  1. This is a great way to alleviate stress and anxiety. I suspect some people may not think about breathing in this way since they do it automatically. Being conscious is key. Breathe means life and so much more. We take in air that needs to be exhaled too. Negative energy definitely needs to be thrown off. Make a sound while doing this so you know it’s gone.
