In this moment, you are ok. Maybe get out and do something good for you. For YOU.

The brain’s abilities are endless… but it takes work, learning, practice…
We are not only this smart or only this capable. Our life is not planned out for us…
We are never stuck.
I know I look miserable, but I’m actually happy and excited!
And my little dog is behind me enjoying a treat. 😁
This Week’s Challenge:
Don’t let anybody bully you into being somebody you are not.
I wanted to thank everybody for their support and encouragement… meant the world to me. ❤
I’m doing great and so happy I had the surgery. I already feel better. 🙂
A few days after surgery, I felt great and over did it. They tell you to take it easy for 2 weeks for a reason. LOL. I learned my lesson. 🙂
I’m on my second week of recovery, and I’m now taking the doctor’s orders very seriously. I do not want problems–I want to heal right the first time.
I’m slowly getting back to my life and I’m excited. I have big plans!
Thanks again for all the support. ❤ ❤ ❤
Today’s Challenge: Focus on your good qualities.
Change your negative self-talk into positive self-talk. If you’re tempted to put yourself down, turn it around and pick yourself up instead. This will help you see the good in other people, too. 🙂 We all win when we stay positive… and it starts with how we feel about ourselves.
Today’s Challenge: Stand for something, or you’ll fall for everything.
Don’t be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. Don’t let others sway you into being them. Stand tall and be proud of who you are and how you feel. It takes strength to be different and disagree. The more we know ourselves and the better our self-worth, the easier it is to stand up for our truth.

Today’s Challenge: In moments of stress, write down your feelings… wait 20 minutes, then read what you wrote as if you are an objective friend who has the solution. 🙂
