Saying goodbye to people, jobs, love… everything… everything…
When something ends…
An unwanted change…
We can either carry the pain into the future or say goodbye, with love, knowing we learned or benefited in some way.
So say goodbye to the things that didn’t work out.
And say hello to new possibilities!
Don’t make your loved ones guess how you feel about them.
Let them know everyday by your actions and words!!
If they have to guess, they might guess wrong…
What can I say about lows… 🤔
Those lows can be sneaky little devils… might not even know you’re going through it, until you discover you don’t like your own behavior.
Luckily, it’s an easy fix.
Ok, it’s not easy. It’s a real pain in the a**!
1. Let yourself be sad. You’re allowed to be sad. Sadness is a wonderful emotion that helps guide us through change.
2. Take responsibility for your part. We make mistakes. We are imperfect, but we learn and we improve.
Forgive yourself while you’re at it.
3. Get back on track with you. Reconnect with your core morals and values.
4. Next, you might need to set some boundaries so you can stay true to your morals and values.
5. You’ve given yourself the needed time.. Now, get up and move that body. Do some things that make you happy.
Pick one drawer, closet, or cupboard and clean it, organize it, declutter it. 😀
I’ve been doing a lot of this lately and it feels amazing!
My office was a tough one… still sorting papers. BUT WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
I feel lighter, less stress…
I’ve also been using sites like Poshmark, Craigslist, and Let Go.
I have a long way to go, but I’m getting there. My perfectly clean and ready-for-guests guest room has become my selling room– Perfect use of the space!
🤞I hope I am done by next month.

Have a great day!
This Week’s Challenge:
Spend time with your family, get back to your roots. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
Last week, I went back home.
It had been too long.
While driving the rental car from one relative’s house to the next, I kept the radio off.
The silence was enlightening.
Spending time with my family was enlightening.
I started to feel grounded and loved.
I started to feel the real me coming back into myself.
I started to gain strength.
My family, though, not always close, is how and where I started.
They’ve known me the longest.
They’ve always been there… and that stability is something I’m longing for…
This Week’s Challenge:
Sometimes it’s best to take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time. #WeeklyChallenge #MondayMotivation
